Services & Payments
Paid services are enquiry-based. No payment is taken through this website. After submitting an enquiry form, KINGPIN HIP HOP will review your submission and, if approved, send a payment link separately. No booking is confirmed until payment is received and KINGPIN has confirmed the arrangement in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of KINGPIN HIP HOP. Artists retain full ownership of their music at all times. Submitting your track grants KINGPIN HIP HOP a limited, non-exclusive licence to play, share clips, and promote your music across our platforms for the purposes of the service booked.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has begun. If KINGPIN HIP HOP is unable to fulfil a booking, a full refund will be issued. Any concerns should be raised via the contact page within 7 days of your booking date.
Data & Privacy
Personal information submitted through our forms (name, email, social handles) is used solely to process your enquiry and, where opted in, to send platform updates. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us directly.
